Professional & Affordable Sliding Door Repair

if you need your sliding door fixed, EZ is the place to call or message :) !! We recently purchased and moved into a new home. So with that comes a lot of repairs. I set up so many projects through Yelp that it had all become a huge blur. I set aside certain days for vendors to come out to give us estimates and I had people coming and going all morning. I contacted EZ through Yelp and it was easy to set up an appointment online (I didn't contact anyone back that asked me to pick up the phone to call them - call me being lazy but I don't have the mental energy to be doing that for every single company I came across). On the day of the appointment, Rian texted me to let me know he's on the way. We originally was thinking of replacing the patio sliding door since it looked like it was repaired a couple of times before and it was a real hassle to open and close. We have a dog so we are using it quite a bit everyday. Rian was super helpful and detail orientated like my boyfriend and he also believed in repairing things before having to replace. So he said that he could repair it. He actually got his tools and took down the glass door to examine it further to make sure he could deliver on his promise. Well the next appointment came in and it was another sliding door company. So that really put things into gear for everyone. A moment later I received a call from the owner of EZ and he wanted my business and lowered the repair rate and said he'll price match whatever the other company put on paper. Wow. That was not expected. We were thinking that we were going to be spending $4000 for a new patio door and now it was a little over $400 for repairing it. Hey, we'll take that! We just want a working sliding door. And Rian delivered! He was very meticulous with his measurements and his craftsmanship and we really appreciated that! It's so hard for my boyfriend to find someone that can do the level of work that he does so it was refreshing to find someone up to par and it was a no bullshit kind of transaction which we loved. I wished he could fix all the other broken things in the house so my boyfriend isn't doing it all. oh and their guarantee is that the sliding door can open and close with just 1 finger, so that was so awesome! I'm not pulling my back just trying to open the door anymore!

I highly recommend EZ Sliding Doors! I didn't put much thought into my rear sliding door until I received a mailer that contained an ad for this company. I have several dogs and I'm always letting them out into the yard. I realized after receiving the mailer, that my rear door was hard to open and close. I contacted this company and they scheduled a convenient appointment. On the appointment day, Rian arrived at the set time. I received a text when he was on his way. Rian worked with me on the price and I agreed to have him do the job right away. He didn't pressure me or use high sales tactics. In fact he told me that all that really needed to be replaced was the rollers. He told me that the track and other related parts for my door was fine. It took Rian about 2 and a half hours to complete the job. My door now opens and closes smoothly! I'm very happy with his work. Rian told me that the parts are warrantied for 3 years and his labor was warrantied for 6 months. He told me that even if the labor warranty period expires (within reason), they would have no problems fixing the issue without charging additional labor. I thought this was nice of the company. Other companies will immediatly ding you for the labor the moment their warranty expires. Rian was professional and even got along with my dogs! He was friendly and had a nice conversation with me while he worked on my door. Also, Rian had all the tools and equipment necessary to complete the job without having to come back at a later time. I'll be calling them every few years for a tune-up!

James was very professional and did a great job. We bought our house a little over a year ago, and the patio door did not work well. The rail was rough and the rollers were bad, but we just figured that we would have to replace the whole unit. I happened to see an ad on Facebook for EZ sliding Doors and contacted them. They called me back on Sunday to set up an appointment, I had just seen the ad that morning and did not expect a call back until Monday. They set up the appointment for Tuesday afternoon and James arrived right on time. Before it took all of our strength to open and close the door, now we can do it with a simple push! The customer service is amazing and the quality is great too. I was a bit hesitant to spend $$$ on these but it absolutely made the whole studio. The doors open up to the yard and it adds to the space and makes it beautiful. The construction is solid. I would, however, recommend that you have a qualified EZ fold door tech install them. We had our contractor do it and he did a few things incorrectly. We called EZ fold doors and they sent someone out to fix it, no charge. Also - there is a guarantee on the doors. Well worth the money.
